I'm an aspiring novelist and have been since about the age of six when I penned my first ghost story. (I do use the terms "penned" and "story" very loosely here.) Currently I divide my time between working 40 hours/week, being a Mom, being a wife, playing World of Warcraft, and co-writing with Nancy Brauer.

I love chocolate chip cookies and chocolate cake, Lady Grey tea and cinnamon flavored pita chips and titles are the bane of my existence.

My current opus is a bit of serialized fiction, co-written with Nancy Brauer. Strange Little Band updates every Tuesday and Friday.

The title of my journal is derived from one of my all time favorite Babylon 5 quotes: "I used to think that life was unfair. Then I thought, wouldn't it be much worse, if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe."
